Salmonella Outbreak Linked to Jalapeños

An outbreak of Salmonella infections linked to jalapeño peppers from Sinaloa, Mexico and distributed by Coast Citrus Distributors has been identified. The outbreak resulted in multiple illnesses and hospitalizations, with affected products removed from restaurant menus and recalled.
